Cool Off Period
You can set up a cool off period to restrict your ability to access STX for a shorter period of time. You will not have access to your account during this time and this action cannot be reversed.
Cool off period options:
- 1-6 day(s)
- 1-4 week(s)
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 3 months
To set up a cool off period, click on the triple bar icon and click on Player Protection to expand. Select Cool Off.
Once you select the cool off period, you will be immediately logged off STX and
will not be able to log back in again until the cool off period ends. You will
also be removed from any marketing material, incentives, or promotions during
this time. Should you have funds to withdraw, please contact customer support at contactus@stxapp.ca.
