Self Exclusion Period

Should you need to be excluded for a longer period of time, you can restrict your ability to access STX for a longer period of time. 

Self exclusion period options:

  • 6 months
  • 1 year
  • 5 years

To set up a self-exclusion period, click on the triple bar icon  and click on Player Protection to expand. Select Self-Exclusion.

Once you select the exclusion period, you will be immediately logged off STX and will not be able to log back in again until the exclusion period ends. You will also be removed from any marketing material, incentives, or promotions during this time. Should you have funds to withdraw, please contact customer support at contactus@stxapp.ca.
